Frequently asked questions
What if my dog is between sizes?
Always choose the larger size. A slightly larger collar is more comfortable and effective than one that's too tight.
Will this block my dog from eating/drinking?
No. The Comfy Cone is designed to allow your dog to eat and drink normally while preventing them from reaching wounds or stitches.
How tight should it fit?
The collar should be snug but comfortable. You should be able to fit two fingers between the strap and your dog's neck.
My dog can still reach the wound — what now?
Try sizing up or adjusting the fit. For wounds on the rear legs or tail, you may need additional protection. Contact your vet if issues persist.
How do I clean the collar?
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely before re-inflating. Do not machine wash.
